My Blogging Experience

Hello everybody,today I am going to tell you how have been my experience writting in my blog.
First I have to say that I enjoyed writting here the different topics that the teacher had said that we should develop although sometimes I did not like the topics, but the funniest thing was that I had to write in another lenguaje that sometimes is difficult for me.
I think that I enjoy this because like I said before, this was a new experience and it became to be a challenge every friday when I had to write in my blog because I did not know some words that I needed to write and often I had to use a dictionary for look for the words, also I liked it too because I learnt many words and I develope other form in which I could implement my knowledge of English and I hope that you like my uploaded blogs.
The times that I did not enjoy writting my blogs was because the topic was very difficult for me, like the time when we had to do a review from a talk of Sir ken Robinson about the creativity, I remember that it was hard for me to write because first I had to listen the talk and then write my blog, and sometimes I did not know how to write what I wanted to say.

This experience helped me enough for improve my english because I feel that when I talk in english with my classmates and when I have to translate papers for study for my subjects and when I have to do investigations.

I do not have any disadvantage of my blogging experience because I think that this helps to anybody that is newly entering to the world of blogs and want to share things about his or her life and in some way implement the ability to create texts in English at the same thime that have some fun and know another people in the web. finally I like this form of learn a little more of english.

Do schools kill creativity?

Hello, today I am going to do a review of a talk called "Do schools kills creativity?"given by Sir Ken Robinson, in which analyzes the reasons that education influences the development of creativity of children; he gives this talk for a wide audience, but especially for parents of young children and I think that he is absolutely right because I see it in the education that is giving in the school to my younger brother.

Sir Ken Robinson propose mainly that in the school ignoring the capacity to develop creativity of children, I mean, in the school emphasize to strengthen areas such as math and language, leaving in last place creativity, being that this is hugely important for child development in the future -as he said "to face the future"-. He gives evidence of this importance with the history of a renowned choreographer who when she was a child in school did not can develop the talent that had to dance, so when her mother put her in a dance school everything changed and now she is what she is because it is left to develop their extraordinary abilities and talents in dancing.

Throughout his talk he was very spontaneous and attentive to keeping the public with various jokes or funny things that he said that did not make get bored to the public while he was talking, and despite the fact that Sir Ken conveys a personal opinion, he shows appropriate evidence to make the public think and find the reason. Fortunately his talk was very interesting and detailed each item to be developed, making clear his position and views on the topic and develops each point to which to refer so that everyone can understand, even I that never had raised this issue.

I think this talk makes it very clear that great care must be taken when establishing a model of education and must not be set aside any area of capacity building of individuals, that is why we need to give emphasis to all during the first years of school and throughout the training process, only then they can convert in full adults with the capacity to face the world.

My ideal job

Hello again, today I want to tell you something that I want for my future, my ideal job...

My ideal job in the future would be one in that I can go dressed as I like, because I do not like the shoes that the midwives wear in the job (like shoes for grandmothers), I know that they are comfortable, but I would prefer my style. I think that my ideal job would be in Ñuñoa or in Provicencia, because I like those communes. In this work I would have a month vacation in summer and two weeks in winter to rest because it will be stressful. But forgetting those things, I will like to work as a midwife in a clinic, but for this I would need a lot of quialities and skills like: punctuality, responsibility, mastery of the procedures, I will have to be nice and cozy with clients, patient, observer and knowing how to work in groups.

I think that I would be good in my job because, I am going to love what I will do and because I think that I will have all the quialities and skills that I would can need.
I think it will be difficult to get a job like this because I know that many things that I want are impossible, I mean a month of vacation or to go with the clothes that I want is something that I will not can do, but I know that I will find some job that likes me and that I can realize.

My Favourite Subject

I think that this term my favourite subject has been Foundations of Nursing, because is the subjet that is nearest with my career, and I like it because I have learnt a lot of things related to patient care and with health care.
The teacher that teach me all that I have learn is called Angélica Espinoza, and she looks like a friend of my mother as being, and she knows a lot because she has lots of experience, arround 25 years, so I think that she really knows how to carry out all procedures, and how to teach all the techniques and procedures used, for us to learn and can apply them in future.
This semester I have learn things like take the pressure, taking temperature, measure the pulse, how to do the physical exam segmental for newborns and adults, and haw to do an anamnesis, I mean how to get the clinical history of the patient.

I hope that if you are in the university have a funny subject like this.

My Future

Hello, I was thinking about what I would like to be doing 5 years from now, and I think that I should be living in my own apartment with my cousing Fernanda, because we do not like to be under the pression of our parents, and we will be older than now to make the things by ourselves.
Professionally I would like to be working in an hospital taking care of the newborns and women of every age, because in five years from now I had finished my career in the university, and I will be a midwife.
I would like to be single because I do not like the young married women, that has to be bored. I would like to enjoy my youth and have my oun freedom to do wath I want to do.

My ideal future would be to live in Europe, I do not know in which country, I only know that it have to be in Europe, I would like to have a big house near the beach or on the countryside and have two orphan boys to take care of them, and give them love and security. I would like to meet a good man, but pretty, that loves me but not to marry. I would like to go to all the film festivals, because I know that in Europe are the most important or them, and I love movies, I am happy when I watch one.

I do not know wath more else can I wish for my future, I know that everything that I have written here are a dream and depends of me that it comes true.

The best in my area

I think that the best in my area are my ex pediatrician and my gynecologyst.

My ex pediatrician is named Victor Santander, he had made me and my brother feel better when we have been ill. Well now I am eighteen years old so I can not visit him, but he continues atttending to my brother and always he can help him. When I was a child I wanted to be like him, but now I discovered that really I wanted to care about neonates. I like him because I know that he loves him profession and he is happy helping and taking care of childrens of every age. I think that his love for health of the childrens is what made him the best pediatrician I have known because I feel the same way that he feels (that is because I choose my career, to help and take care of the babys) and also his big knowledge of health. He had haled me when I was with bronchitis and with allergy, and always he is smiling and showing himself like a quite and adorable person that wants to hear your problem and help you.

My gynecologyst, Dr. Claudia Zajer also is the best in my area, because she knows everything of the woman's health and I think that she is the best because she helps me a lot and she makes me feel like when I am talking with my mother. She also of be a gynecologyst, she make investigations of the women's health and she publish her articules in the reviews of the Hospital of the Catholic University.
